Xbox Cyber Monday Deal

Anyone else having trouble getting your free Xbox for the Cyber Monday 5G Internet deal? I received the gift card, but literally zero info on the xbox. I received the order confirmation on my internet that states

Bonus offer, get an Xbox on us:

Lucky you, because it's Cyber Monday your order also qualifies you for an Xbox Series S, on us. Once your service is activated, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to redeem your offer, as soon as December 1, 2023.***

and have tried chatting with numerous agents with no resolution.

texastee57, below are the redemption steps for the gift card. There is a known issues with the tile appearing for customers and the anticipated date of correction for that issues is Dec. 13. Please let us know if the below steps don't resolve your issues or the tile doesn't appear after 12/13.

1 Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.

Result: The customer is taken to the page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.

4 Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:

Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.

5 Follow instructions to complete the order.

I just signed up as new a customer for a home i purchased but my question is when and how will i be able to redeem the amazon gc and or the xbox? I havnt gotten any email about anything yet just my confirmation email about the services

there is nothing in my redeem offers but it doesnt get installed until jan 27 , will it appear after install? Or should it of appeared the day i signed up

That is a great question, C_stern24. The offers for redemption would not become available until the service is installed and activated. Since you have an installation date later this month, you'd have to check for those redemption tiles after it has been activated.
