I am having a very big issue trying to get this rebate situation resolved. I have spoken with multiple people over various days and keep getting told that tickets are being made, credits will be applied, or emails will be sent. I've accrued numerous fees and have had to get my service restored twice when I had been told there were credits on the account. I want this figured out or I'm just going back to T-Mobile, It hasn't even been a year and I really regret ever leaving.
