I need a resolution to the issue with not receiving the 4 Costco shoppers cards that were promised to us after 90 days of service, the rep stated we would receive an email. I have never received an email about the when to expect the cards to be delivered via email. We purchased 4 phones and 3 watches from Verizon in the Costco store in Sept 2023 and leaving our other phone company. Only because of the 250.00 shoppers card that was promised to us! I’m highly disappointed in the lack of response and communication from Verizon. I have contacted customer support on several occasions. We still have not received a resolution nor our shoppers cards. Please help me get a resolution soon!!!
