Hi, I ordered S24 ultra phone along with 4 other phones back in Dec, 2024. That time I was told that I am eligible to redeem a free Samsung 75" tv and I can redeem after 60 days of service and activation. Recently I completed 60 days and I do not see any option to redeem a TV in the my verizon app(under Make most of your plans option). I reached out to chat customer service about the issue and they created a ticket - ***** on Feb 12th to resolve this and to give me a free tv redemption. However, it is not resolved yet and I have no update on this ticket. I rechecked with another chat agent recently and they gave me another ticket number to expedite this issue which is *****. Can anyone from verizon supervisor's team help me with this? Not sure how many times and how many more tickets will be created without getting a resolution, I am really frustrated.
