Redeem offers

Have a target gift card offer , Verizon gift card offer and a Disney+ offer. The only one that works is the Disney+. I’ve already chatted with guest services and they assured me a gift card link would be emailed to me with in 10 days of our chat. Still nothing and the original links still don’t work. Don’t promise $400 in gift cards and not provide a workable link.
incredibly unhappy and ready to call the BBB.

When was the purchase made? Where did you make the purchase (website, in-store, chat/phone)?

Switched from Xfinity to Fios in January 2024 and I can see the $200 target card offer and $200 Verizon card offer. When I click to redeem Verizon just spins and target goes to a blank page.
