On January 12th, I went to Verizon website and opened a chat with a representative. She promised I would get $200 credit per line switched from other carrier. According to the representative, the rebate should come within 30 days. I ended up switching 3 lines from Tmobile and 1 line of bring your own device, so the total is 4 lines on my Verizon account. I did not receive any credit yet. I contacted Verizon MULTIPLE TIMES, clearly explained how I got the devices finally got one code. Not until a denial notification was emailed to me, I realized it was for BestBuy purchases. I then contacted Verizon MULTIPLE TIMES, both through chat and phone, got on hold many hours in total, got another code but he said the code is for $100 per line. I was ok and submitted the code. I got denied again because it was for eligible physical store!!!
FYI, I never receive a notification from the VRZ app nor purchase order including a code to redeem. The chat representative who got my order never give me one. I had to figure out all by myself.
Hello Verizon, how is this not illegal for providing mistrue information to gain more customers/orders ??? I looked up and many of you said there are different promotions running for different eligibility requirements. But this is going nowhere for my case.
