Blacked out stripe across screen when signing in to apps
KENNEK11656, we always want to ensure that your device is working in tip-top shape. Can you tell us more about the stripe that you’ve noticed on the screen? Is the touch screen still functional where you see this stripe? When did the stripe appear? Has there been any physical or liquid damage to the device at all?
