Can I change the APN username/password on my JetPack AC791L?

Question

I'm using a JetPack AC791L on a network in Japan (bmobile).  When I connect I get 3G GSM but no 4G.  Bmobile requires the configuration of the APN, username and password.  I can edit the APN on the AC791L but I cannot see a way to configure the username/password which I believe is preventing me from accessing the 4G network

Is there any way to do this like I can on my phone?  (Same SIM works fine in my VZW iphone6s).
