With a Verizon Jetpack for streaming TV, how much data should I expect to use each month to stream about four hours a day?

100+ GB depending on the quality of picture you would like to receive.
For example, Netflix states it requires 1 GB/hour for standard definition and 3 GB/hour for HD.
SD would be 1GB/hr x 4hr/day x 30 days = 120 GB
HD would be 3GB/hr x 4hr/day x 30 days = 360 GB
