E911 Not Valid

I am trying to setup cellular for my new Apple Watch. I get to the point that says to enter a valid E911 address. I try but it says that it is invalid. I have checked it against the USPS web site and it matches except the USPS has a 9-digit Zip and the app only allows a 5-digit.
I tried other things I found on this forum and other places but still never get passed the INVALID E911 address. This is day 2 of this and it is very frustrating!

Two days is far too long. I'm really sorry you're having trouble activating the Watch.
Are you able to check if there is a software update? If so, please complete the update, and restart the Watch. When it comes back ON, please try to connect again.

I have updated the last software update to the watch last night and there was no change.

I also tried using a relative's address in another state. That worked fine. I guess it doesn't like my current address?

It continues to tell me that my E911 address is invalid. I can enter a reltative's address from another state, and the Watch app accepts that. Should I just go with that wrong address?

Does the setup of cellular complete for your new Apple Watch with the other address?
If so, does changing the address to yours result in the same
"not valid" ?

I have gone through the process with two separate relative's addresses and both are accepted through the process. It fails on my address.
I checked my phone to see what it has for a E911 address in the WiFi calling section. It has the same address, but when I go to enable that, it also says that it is not valid.
It appears that I either use an invalid address or cannot use cellular calling on the watch or Wifi calling on the phone. Since both of these are mobil devices, I would think that a fixed street address isn't appropriate for emergency services anyway.
Go ahead and use an invalid address?
