Help!
Ellipsis 10 shuts off while on YouTube any and every time the power level reaches 52% or less! Why? Why are there so many power issues with this tablet?
This tablet is only 3 months old..
We apprecaite you reaching out to us over this medium. Have you engaged in any troubleshooting on the device? If so, what steps have been taken? Does this only occur when YouTube is active while the device is at that charge?
