I left my Ellipsis 7 in stand-by mode yesterday most of the afternoon. In the evening, when I tried to wake it up by pressing the power button, nothing happened. I've tried charging it and pulling out the SIM card, but nothing will make the thing come back on. Any suggestions? It's only about three months old.

Pressing the power and volume up/down buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds worked, without erasing my data! Thanks so much!

My Ellipsis won't charge. It says it charges to 65% and then when I take it out of wall it's dead.

Help is right here for you Thestrohls! May I ask are you using the original charger that came withe the Ellipsis 7? Also, can I assume that there isn't any physical or liquid damage on the device or near the charging port? As you share the details then we can troubleshoot the device.
Thank you…
