Ellipsis 7 tablet going to blow up

Whenever I turn on my ellipsis 7 tablet, it heats up to the point of almost burning while it drains the battery in minutes. I have tried several reboots and without connecting a charger but it still continually heats up until the battery dies or it shuts down due to overheating. How can thus be fixed or should I just replace it?

Your tablet should never get too hot to touch FD78! Allow us to investigate and get your Ellipsis 7 working properly at a safe temperature. When did this issue start? What charger are you using on the device? Can we assume that there isn't any liquid/physical damage on the device?

This issue started about a week ago. I have 2 Samsung phones and 2 ellipsis 7 tablets that interchange the 4 chargers they came with. All are Verizon products because I don't trust any other. There has been no damage at all to it, it just started this problem one day when I turned it on in the morning (I use it daily)

Thank you for the vote of confidence, NFD78. Let’s look to drill down and get to the bottom of this overheating situation.  Are there any new apps on the device? Additionally how much storage is available on the Ellipsis 7? There have been cases when a low amount of space, causes the device processors  to work harder. To check go to settings> Storage> Available space.

I started having the same problem this morning,  unplugged  from the original charger  used it for 5 min  then it got really hot to the touch and drained the battery... rebooted  came up with 3/4 battery and got hot and drained again.

I have not added any new apps in the last week and i have a 32gb sd card
