Ellipsis 8- Will not connect to network

After having the Ellipsis 8 tablet for only a week, it will not connect to the network at all. Rebooted several times and turned off and on. What's causing this?

Is your data currently showing as turned on under Settings>Data Usage. If it isn't, please enable it so that your network connection returns. If it is, please do the following:  http://vz.to/1PPaAEq.
