One of my kids’ Gizmowatch2 is not tracking steps regularly. Many days show 0. Not all steps are tracked when I go through a process that allows it to track.
I’ve rebooted the watch. I’ve checked for software updates. I’ve also reset to factory default and checked for a software update after. Tracking works for a bit, doesn’t track all the steps (my other kids’ watch tracked more steps and they both went for a hike, it was about double the amount). So, something is wrong.
this is a new watch. The first one we had, the screen broke so we had to get a new one. I’m worried that it’s past a point of returning it due to the number of days since we got it. This is a defective piece and we need it to be made right.
