Hello,
I just bought an Orbic 5G hotspot and when I first brought it home, it worked fine. Now in the same spot it says it is roaming. However our phones in the same area are not roaming, and using the hotspot option on the phone does not trigger roaming.
I have tried a factory reset and it did not change the issue.
Any suggestions?
