Does anyone know what phone number to call or what email address would be used to put in a request for a static IP address for my new Verizon 4G LTE router?

Since it involves making a one time purchase ($500.00), you have to Call Verizon Wireless Customer Service (800) 922-0204, speak to an agent, and request a static IP address.

Yup, you have to call VZW for this one.  Work with a VZW rep to setup the payment and confirm that the IP has been properly configured to your devices afterwards.
