My case has a bunch of little white splotches on it I wanted to know if I could clean it.
By "case", do you mean the tablet itself or a case you have purchased and put on the tablet?
What are the white splotches? A simple damp cloth or baby wipe may take them off, or you may need something stronger. I'd be very careful of using chemical cleaners, though - knowing what the splotches are would help determine what would be best to use to clean them.
