Your Jetpack may think (or actually is) in USB tethered mode. If its not then you would likely have to press the restore defaults button and set it back to normal. Go back into the Jetpack admin window (192.168.1.1 from a web browser) sign in and then re-enable Wireless or disable USB tethering.
