I've had my home internet LTE device, NCQ1338, for a few months. It's been working perfectly fine until a few days ago. Now I lose internet with it several times a day. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work each time.

Try turning off ipv6 in the admin of the router.

Thanks. I tried it.
Doing so made my connection unbearably slow. I dropped to 2mbps from 50 after turning off ipv6. Then it jumped back to 50 when turning it back on.

They did swap out my unit this pass week. I have had it 3 days and so far it has been solid. IPv6 is off on and I'm getting full speed.

allnicksgone, we want to make sure your services are working consistently. Let's review. Are you still experiencing this concern after turning OFF ipv6 then turning it back ON? May we have your nearest intersection, City, and zip code so we can accurately pinpoint your location?

Your service concerns are our concerns too. Let's work together to get this resolved. To be sure that we're on the right path to assist you here, are you referring to your 4G Home Internet service with Verizon Wireless or your high-speed internet service with Verizon Communications? -Robert C.
