Consider the basic resets for all Jetpacks and try again:
1. Reboot the Jetpack
2. Remove the SIM card for 60 seconds while powered off
3. Restore the defaults from the button under the back cover while the Jetpack is powered on
Reassemble and retry your connection after each step to see if the problem persists or not.

liqdgld, having a constant connection is always great. I know I love using my MiFi when traveling. How long has this been going on for? What's your zip code? Are any other VZW devices giving you issues as well?
