Hi I have unlimited plus plan on 2 separate phones and Hotspot is lucky most times to get 600kb on either phone if it works at all lots of times it says waiting on wifi and I have great signal but and if I try to download a bigger space app or game it will start to download then keep starting over on 2% and won't download when it tries to work 1 is a galaxy a03 other a orbic and i did all the troubleshooting steps nothing works Internet works good but Hotspot doesn't I only used 12gb of data and 700mb Hotspot which nothing downloaded just keep restarting out of 50gbs plan
I know that I would be upset if my hotspot was not working as expected and my download had to continue to restart as well Skid42. What are the nearest cross streets and city where this happens? When specifically did this issue start?

Nothing is fixed the numbers was for internet bit hotshot still has extreme problems and I am having other problems with it I can't call family members on verizon network they don't receive my calls most of the time and if they do it sounds like a crackling ghost sound that they cant understand or if they call same it looks like I have to take phones to a verizon store which I'm not sure if I can since I don't have a receipt from family dollar for the orbic and the other I bought from verizon online if it don't get better waste of money
