My Jetpack came on just by picking it up. Is there a chance that has been hacked? I don't want it to use up my data plan, if I can help it.

grrbrts, it's not likely for the unit to come on by itself unless there's an issue with the power mechanism. Was the device plugged in when that behavior occurred? Has that behavior happened more than once? Do you have the device battery management settings set for a sleep mode after inactivity but can awake once activity resumes?
