Hello,
Verizon Wireless sent me one of there network extenders. I was able to set it all up with really no problems. When I dial #48 to check if its working, I keep getting "You are NOT connected to 4G LTE, please move closer and wait 3 mins". Then the blue light starts to flash. I've checked on the Extender page and it says "1 device connected",then about a min later "0 devices are connected". I'm not really sure what I'm doing wrong. The extender page says everything is up and working.

Have you called 800-922-0204 or *611 to ensure the Extender is activated properly on the VZW network? What make/model phone are you connecting to it? You might identify the exact make/model of extender you have as well.
...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...
