I bought a replacement jetpack today and the screen says it doesn't have a data plan....but apparently it didn't get switched. I need to have it running asap.
Are there no Verizon techs available after stores close???
dguthals, I have a jetpack that I use when I am on the go and I understand the importance of it working ASAP. I am here to help and we will get to the bottom of this. I want to confirm since it has been a couple of days, have you had this issue resolved?
