Sumsung 4g LTE network Extender password Reset

Hello , I am trying to reset my extender by using default password, once I click on the link it goes to Verizon website telling me that this page is not available or it no longer exists!
that being said how can I reset it so I can get my extender running again?

I'm so sorry your Network Extender is not working, rbarkawi. Let's get this fixed. Are you able to log in to your My Verizon account? If so, do you have the option to Manage Network Extender? https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-204073/

I did try that on 2 of my computers and my IPhone and it direct me to my Verizon website but it says that it no longer exists. Not sure if it’s no longer supported or it’s an error. I attempted to reset but it’s still the same. My extender stops at 11b-14 failure.
