Update wont stop no matter what...

I updated cuz it was running funky and now it won't complete and I can't stop it. Force stop is my only option but it doesn't work. I even did a master reset and its still there!! Any ideas? Im more hardware than software so I could use an assist here. Thanks

Having a working phone is a must. Let's get this fixed. What make and model phone do you have? Can you do anything else on the device?
