My Orbic Hotspot has always had weak security no matter which of my devices I am connected to. I have read i should change from WP2 to WP3 through the admin page. I cannot get into the admin page because maybe I don’t know my user name. I tried the default user name and the password that came with the Orbic, but they don’t work. Is there a way to reset the orbic user name so I can get into the admin page?
