Will the 4G extender work with my jetpack? I want to increase my data signal.

As long as you are getting a 4G LTE Extender (Provides 4G) and not the 4G LTE router (Provides WiFi) then your Jetpack shouldn't care where its VZW 4G connection comes from. The 4G Extender will see your Jetpack as another phone to provide service to if allowed.
I operate in a basement with an Enterprise 4G Extender from Verizon and my fleet of Jetpacks, phones and 4G SIM card laptops work just fine. I'd suspect that the home extender would function the same way if setup correctly.
There are some speed limitations built into the 4G Extenders. From what I have been told not the entire spectrum is available through these devices like they would be through a normal tower. But my enterprise extender can provide me with around 20-30 Mbps from my Jetpacks so it doesn't seem to cause me too many problems.
However this still begs the question of what benefit having both a 4G Extender and a Jetpack in the same environment is offering you. 4G Extenders require high speed broadband access which will likely be bottleneck for your results (generally coax or better). If you already have broadband access then setting up normal WiFi in the home through APs is likely going to be a greater benefit than the WiFi offered from a Jetpack. Perhaps there is some confusion that the 4G Extender is a repeater. 4G extenders are not repeaters, they are mini cell phone towers that broadcast their own signal.
