Tech support called Apple and was told this model is not supported by

Android File Transfer. I'm stuck with a lemon. I can only use a MicroSD

card adapter and put files on the tablet that way, or upload files to the

cloud and then download to the tablet. A little disclaimer when I bought

the thing would have been nice; I would have saved up for a model that

works...

Making sure all of your content is updated on your device is important, anastasi. We can definitely assist with making sure your content is transferred. What type of data are you trying to transfer? Are you getting any error messages? Have you ever been able to transfer data?

Android File Transfer is for Mac computers more than Windows machines.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

You should still be able to plug it in and see it like a flash drive.

Yes for Windows machines it is plug and play. On Mac computers you need an additional program like the Android File Transfer to communicate between the two devices.
