I have an ellipse 7 for only a few months and it is not keeping charge. Sometimes, if it does go on, it says there is no SIM card, but there is. I went to the store but they told me I needed to call Ellipse support at 855-614-0403. I have called every day for a month, sometimes more than once a day. I get a recording that says they cannot take the call but will call back. Each time I leave a call back number and details about the tablet problem. No one has ever called me and now it seems I am stuck with a device I cannot use. Does anyone know of another phone number or another way to get someone on the phone to help?
