Ha!
1) I did this. Contacted Customer Service at 800-922-0204 After several frustrating minutes, almost a full hour, on hold---transferred. This happened several times until a representative said go to local Verizon store
2) I also tried *611 from my cell phone I was informed to visit my local Verizon store
3) I visited my local Corporate VzW store to remove a line of service, where I was told to do it online.
4) Can not do it online
