I got this ellipsis 8 for my son. He used it for about 2 weeks and started getting this error. I have factory reset it several times and am still getting this error. The only fixes I can find involve "rooting" the ellipsis. Is there another way?

It is important that your device function properly. Does this happened on WiFi and cellular data? Are you to able use the web browser?
