the data or sim card wont connect to data after it powers up.... idk why or whats wrong HELPPP PLZ

after i added a pin on the sim card its been doing this help???

Do you need a PIN for the SIM in your tablet?  Do you see an error message indicating issue with the SIM?  Did you try removing the PIN to see if it then works?
