Jetpack terrible. Does anyone have a Verizon Jetpack that works? I cannot rely on a steady WiFi signal. At best intermittent. Complete waste of money. Have been on help line for hours with no resolution. Does anyone care? Verizon certainly does not! Any reliable would be appreciated.
I'm sorry you have been having these issues with your Jetpack. Let's look into this together. What zip code are you in? What speeds are you seeing? Does this only happen at one location.
