Mobile+Home Discount

I recently moved my 5 lines and home internet to Verizon. The person helping me with the sales committed that they would apply $10/line but after the purchase they are bouncing me between Fios and Mobile support. Sometime they have gone to a extent that they block my messages.

Is there a way to escalate this matter to different level ? Not sure if anyone else have had similar issues.
