I'm a Gold Star Family member. Can I apply for the military discount?
Yes. Spouses and next of kin can register for the military discount.

I’m a veteran or reservist and get a Verizon phone plan discount from my current employer. Can I get the military discount on top of my employer's discount?
No. You can take advantage of only one of these phone plan discounts at a time. Visit our Corporate Employee Discounts FAQs to help you decide what's best for your account.
Keep in mind:
- Active duty military and veterans get special discounts on unlimited data plans. Employer (non-military) discount agreements may not give discounts on unlimited data plans.
- You can change your choice of discount programs anytime on our Discounts by Verizon page.
Note: Validating your discount doesn't extend your wireless service contract. It just ensures you get the discount currently available under your organization's agreement with us.
How often do I need to renew my discount?
There’s no annual renewal required for our military discount, although we may request revalidation from time to time.
Note: Verizon will never contact you unprompted to ask for sensitive information.
