My military discount was removed randomly. I never check on it because I thought it was all set and Verizon usually really good at sending notifications if something’s wrong. However, this time I didn’t get any notification that it needed to be renewed. I just resigned up for the discount but it’s been over 6months the discount was removed with no explanation. My military status has not changed!
I’m extremely frustrated with this.
has this happen to anyone?

I have the exact same issue except it’s been nearly a year of Verizon Service.

Have the same issue, the discount has disappeared and I try to call and talk to someone but it always brings me to text message and never a live rep. Has anyone had it fixed?

We hate to see that there was a discount removal you weren't aware of. Have you been able to get that added back on yet?

I had the exact same problem. This just happened and they said they wouldn't do anything about the current bill, from which I received zero notification to reverify in the first place. Been with them since 2013 and this is very frustrating that I'm considering leaving.

We have been a Verizon customer for 10+ yrs. Just noticed the military discount was removed(for how long don’t know) that’s a dirty move by Verizon to remove the discount without telling us, Now I have been trying for days to get the discount applied via the web page. Clicking the link taking me onto the ID.me page and confirmed, goes back to the Verizon page and starts over. The process just stops. Need assistance fixing this issue please.

I have the same issue! Just noticed it today. Trying to figure out WHEN is was randomly removed. I'd like some bill credits applied. That's unacceptable. Verizon indicated there was no time limit or need to reapply. I had to reapply today.
Of course I can't find any method of assistance in figuring this out!
