Has anyone had any luck with a military deployment line suspension lately? I spent over 2 hours on the phone, bounced between 4 different reps with no luck. The last rep said they would call back after a recorded prompt asked for information but never did. The ID.ME system to verify eligibility was not working and all 4 reps stuck to their script, having me try the same thing over and over again. I have a few weeks until I leave the country and need to suspend my service (the store sales person lied and said my plan would remain active even though I'll be out of the country for about a year). Any ideas????
