I am currently serving the Korean military and I have talked with Verizon since August, telling them that I had to suspend my line. In August, they said they had successfully suspended my account but still charged me for that month and it said that I also had to pay the month for September. When I called, they told me the line was not suspended and that they would suspend it right away, so I payed Septembers bill thinking it would be the last. But now, I have the October’s bill pending and I can’t do suspend my line through the app or the site it takes me to because my documents are in Korean and they don’t accept it.
