1 bar 4G LTE and 1.05 Mbps download speed

1 bar 4G LTE at home in Philly with download speeds at 1.05 Mbps. Customer service says that one bar is enough. When I had AT&T I had full bars and around 25 Mbps! I'm using the iPhone 6s...is there anything I can do, besides switch back? I've restored the iPhone, reset network settings, reset all settings, replaced the phone at the Apple Store, not sure what else can be done. Any ideas? Thanks.

I rely on my cell service daily, I am sure you feel the same schatzbergp. We would never want to lose you! Let's make sure you service is up and running. What zip code are you in? How long has this been happening? Does this happen everywhere?

I would try a different phone. You may get a better result, but hard to say without trying.

CHEFD40, we don't want this to be an ongoing issue. At this time, no outages have been reported in Georgia. Which make/model phone do you have?
