OK, so I get my expected "you've used 75% of your data plan" text. But it comes in a 2:45am, waking me up. Are these guys absolutely friggin' nuts? Don't tell me I should turn off my alerts before I go to sleep. I leave them on so if something IMPORTANT comes up, I can be advised. Who do I complain to about this? If Verizon is going to do crap like this, I'm headed for another provider.
