I am beyond upset with Verizon right now. I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max on JANUARY 31st, 2022 (important). When I check the order details it says it was ordered on FEBRUARY 1st 2022. I didn't order it on February 1st. That's the issue with ordering.
The issue with SHIPPING is that is says it shipped on January 31st. HOW DID IT SHIP *AFTER* I supposedly ordered it?? I didn't even order it on February 1st. I ordered it on January 31st and it shipped on January 31st. The estimated delivery date was February 2nd, 2022 by 8pm. Now the delivery date is February 4th 2022. Is this what 2 day shipping is? I talked to THREE (3) different Verizon employees and none of them know why it says it I ordered on February 1st and shipped on January 31st.
This is so annoying. I'm about to switch providers. No one knows anything and now my phone is coming late. I would've done in-store pick up if I had known that 2 Day Shipping was a lie.

We are happy to assist in any way that we can. In this case, we would need to gather more information to ascertain as to why this occurred with your order. The most likely inference would be that the order was not fully processed in our system until the 1st. However, it is strange that the order shipped through properly on the day you submitted the order, but did not arrive on time. We are happy to review this matter with you in depth. To allow us to do so, please leave us a Private Note here. We are always happy to assist in any way that we can!

Update: Now my phone is delayed in Los Angeles, California for who knows how long. I would just cancel the shipment and go pick it up in a store, but then I would he charged a restocking fee of $50 and be out of even more money. If I knew this was going to take so long, I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place. This is the last time I order a phone from Verizon. I was also about the be charged a monthly payment for the phone I just paid off? It took an hour to explain to a representative that I ordered a new phone because my old phone was paid off and there weren't supposed to be anymore payments on it, so my bill should've been cheaper. I swear, I've been with Verizon for 3+ years and I've never encountered any problems like this. It's very disappointing.

Now it's delayed "beyond FedEx's control" in Compton, California but it's still supposed to arrive today??? This is such a waste of time. I will be ASTOUNDED if it actually arrives today before 8pm. Verizon should go with a more reliable mail service. This is ridiculous. A whole WEEK (and probably longer due to both of the delays) for 2 day shipping. I should've just gone to a Verizon store and got 5 minute shipping lol. Wish I still had my $270 that I spent on this order.

Hi, Maple02. I share your concerns about shipping and I'd be happy to help. I want to ensure we turn this around. I can reassure you we are committed to turning this around. Please rest assured that we make every effort possible to ship your items as soon as possible, but we are not able to guarantee shipping on iPhone 13 models due to high demand.

Same here on shipping. Ordered early Friday afternoon. Only options were 1 day or free 2 day shipping. Verizon agent first tried to tell me that I ordered after 2pm Friday so 2 days starts Saturday. But after I told her FedEx says it will be here Tuesday she changed her answer to FedEx doesn't deliver on weekends. Funny cause FedEx says it does and I had just received a delivery that Sunday from Lowes delivered by none other than FedEx. So she changed her answer again to 2 days means 2 business days. But Verizon's website doesn't say business days anywhere. I asked the agent to tell me what web page I can go to see where it says 2 days means 2 business days. No answer. How hard is it to add the word business to the order page? It would solve all these 500+ comments on here about Verizon's shipping "misunderstanding".

As a valued customer, your concerns are our concerns too. After reviewing the feedback you've shared here, I apologize for any miscommunication that may have been conveyed regarding shipping from Verizon. I'd be disappointed too if I were told I'd receive my delivery on a specific date and time, and we'd like to turn this around.
There's information to view from our website about shipping with the various vendors Verizon uses (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) at http://spr.ly/6602Kga5q. In some instances, the cutoff time when Verizon is shipping orders to our customers may also affect the delivery date.
Typically, our customers are provided with a Tracking Number to keep them updated on the status of their delivery. Saturday and overnight shipping delivery requests from our customers may result in an additional charge from our shipping vendors.
I hope this helps. -Robert C.
