4G LTE week signal in Peoria AZ - 85381 - been having this issue for about 4 years (4 different phones), contract coming to an end, do I need to look elsewhere? Only get 1 bar with speedest showing less than 2 Mbps down and upload speeds, work from home so very frustrating to hear the speeds I should be getting and nothing done to resolve the problem.

Isandks1,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. We appreciate you stopping by. We know it's important for our customers to be able to use service where they need it, so we want to do everything we can to help you. I took a look, and I see Peoria is part of the greater Phoenix metro area. Coverage in this area is pretty well blanketed, so you will run into very few spots without any service. However, it's not unusual to find some pockets where service may be challenged due to obstruction to a nearby site, home construction materials, etc. To improve upon indoor service in a location like this, we normally recommend using a network extender ( http://vz.to/1SJw302 ), or WiFi calling if available on your phone model ( http://vz.to/1VFQejZ ). WiFi calling is free, so I would go that route if possible. What model phones do you use?

Isandks1, we truly would not want to see you go. You mentioned that service has not been the best and we want to check into this for you.Let's work together to find out what's going on. Does this happen indoors/outdoors? Does this speed happen everywhere you travel to?

Isandks1-
You got our undivided attention and will not be ignored, rest assured. Data speeds are certainly important for the best data connection. Other than your data concern, how are your calls and messaging working? What make/model phone you have?

Ask around. I suggest asking people around you who have signal when you don't. You pay for service and should get it.

My wife and I have the LG G3 phones. Please let me know if there is a phone number that I can better explain our issue. The main issue is very weak or no 4G service both outside and inside our home.

We can definitely help you here. It's our goal to make sure we get your service working like it should be. Do you know if other Verizon customers have this problem where you're experiencing it? Does it happen everywhere? Please provide details.

As vzw_customer_support suggested, it is best to take the WiFi Calling route.
Think about this... VZW has (and been proved for years) that they have the BEST 4G LTE Network in America. If they don't have service, then the likeliness of having service with someone else, while possible, is slim.
@EricW_VZW made a great suggestion with the Network Extender. Lots of times, if you file a Network Ticket with Technical Support, you may be able to get a discount or even a free one. In Metro areas, you have multiple factors that can affect your signal and speeds. Tall buildings, metal, sheet metal, aluminum, trees, cars, bricks, people, other devices, microwaves, hospitals....the list goes on.

The issue is mainly at my home location, when I go to other areas I can get a stronger and faster 4G signal. Please let me know the best phone number or way to address this issue.

If you have had a problem with service in your home for 4 yrs, it is unlikely to improve anytime soon.
You have a couple of options which would include a different provider, but that may lead to coverage problems in other locations which you would like to have service.
Since you say you are nearing your contract completion, leading me to believe you are in the market for a new device, you may want to make sure your next device is capable of wifi calling. This would alleviate any signal issues you have in your home while keeping the same level of service in other areas to which you have become accustomed. Of course, this would depend on whether or not you have broadband service in your home with a wifi router.

Spoke to tech and was told yes signal weak in my area but do not know when anything will be done about that. It would be nice to hear something more than we know, I am sure this is affecting many Verizon customers in my area.
