I inadvertently turned the wifi option to "off" on my jetpack MHS291LVW and I can't find a way to turn it back on. Unable to update software either. Perhaps once I get wifi turned on again that won't be a problem. Verizon website is no help. Any suggestion appreciated. Thx

GOD, thank you so much for your email. Yes, I tried that but in order to
do it I have to "establish a wi-fi connection with the device" which is
precisely what I can't do. The wifi is turned off and i can't turn it back
on. Can I PA-LEEEEZE speak with someone on the phone who can talk me thru
this? It's making me crazy and I can't go online unless I'm at Starbux or
someone else's house. This is stupid.
THANK YOU!!!!!
