My cell service was working perfectly up until 10 am yesterday, and now nothing on any of my devices. I walk down the street and they blacked out the neighborhood but are telling me that there is perfect service. Customer service has been atrocious. They’ve hung up on me twice and I’m currently waiting on the phone endlessly for them to create a service ticket. I don’t have time for this. Area code 27205
