I live in Lakewood Colorado and my neighborhood has all around terrible cellphone reception. The only way to make calls in the area is to be connected via Wi-Fi . I have been told that competitor services will give you a signal booster free of charge because of this issue. Is there anyway Verizon will provide me with a signal booster or should I switch services?

It sounds like your current neighborhood is very similar to my old one. I understand your concern and need for reliable service. We do offer options to improve your signal. Have we started troubleshooting yet?

Good morning, NORSEFORCE. Let's troubleshoot.
What is your phone model?
What is the ZIP code, and nearest street intersection to the trouble location? We'll check for any potential network issues.

Thank you for reaching out, we understand how important it is to have coverage where you need it most. Can you tell more about what steps have been taken?

Don't know about a few years ago, but signal boosters can't be had for free at any carrier now.

And you have to wonder just how well Blue Logo Place's boosters work, since they also have this elsewhere on their website.

And the 3rd guy? "Your service is terrible? Well, it's terrible to be you!"

I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
