I haven't tried to load anything on my new phone--it's still charging and I'll activate it after I'm sure the contact list stored here online is correct (I just put it up today, so that may have something to do with it being unavailable?).
Data is not blocked--I just want to get online here and check my contact list to make sure it's properly stored. I'm not trying to access it from either my old (currently working) phone or my new (currently just charging, not activated yet) phone.

Erased it, reloaded it, didn't help (I've been getting a message when I run it that "an important update is available" for backup assistant in the mobile shop...but I can't find any updates, and when I do a "check for updates" from the app, no update is available. So from my pov, Backup Assistant isn't working all that well. Only uploaded 5 contacts (3 of the default Verizon numbers and two of my own contacts). Can't find an update.
Thanks for your help anyway. Hope this gets fixed (or works on my new phone).
