Here I am, an old flip-phone user (12 years and running) shopping online through Verizon, looking for my first 4G data phone. Is it just me, or is this a bad move right now? I'm not interested in expanding my services if the provider can't meet the current demands of existing customers. I'm very concerned that this could be the time to swap out to US Cellular or another provider for data.
