Bad service area?

I work in 44241 at multiple locations and the service keeps going town to 3G from LTE and only get 1-2 bars at best.

This is not just happening on my iPhone 5s but different phones. Don't really know who to report this to, it has been going on for a few months now.

Hello rollerbones,

I would be happy to discuss this service area with you! This area does have several locations with extended service, and so when 4G is unavailable your phone will drop to 3G, so that you still have a data connection.
